In 2013, the Lithuanian LGBT* community organized a march for equal rights. How do you make this kind of event in a country that is, according to surveys, one of the most homophobic in Europe?
François and Nathalie, from France, first came to Vilnius last April to shoot two TV spots to promote human rights and the upcoming Baltic Pride. One of them was banned from national TV. Intrigued, they returned a few months later to make a documentary about the Baltic Pride and the LGBT* situation.
Vilnius LGBT* festival Kreivės presents the premiere of the film.
