The festival is co-funded by the European Union's Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme (2014–2020)
Vilnius Queer Festival “Kreivės” is a cultural and social initiative which started in 2014. It is neither the first nor the only queer festival in the region or Lithuania. Nonetheless, building on earlier and cooperating with current other queer initiatives, we aspire to be a unique space for film screenings, events and community building.
We are committed to bringing stories that spring from diverse lives and transform our vision of who we are and who we can be. Our vision is a community which acknowledges and passionately supports variety in LGBTQI expressions and viewpoints.
This year “Kreivės” takes place in Vilnius on September 12–16.
“Films that Help You Grow” are screened in cooperation with “Inconvenient Films” in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai on October 6–21.
Entrance to the film screenings – free of charge or donation at your choice (unless otherwise stated).
The festival is organised by “In Corpore” in cooperation with other organisations and individual activists and artists. Join us!
