The festival\u2019s film programme includes a competitive short film programme and the main programme \u201cMonsters\u201d, which also dictates the theme of this year\u2019s festival. The festival programme also includes a party, readings, exhibition and performances. You can already find the complete programme online.<\/p>\n<p>On September 13, at the cultural centre SODAS2123 the festival will start with a performance by sound, performance and multimedia artist Sasha Wilde. Their work intertwines themes of monstrosity, (trans)embodiment, eroticism and death. After the performance, the programme \u201cMonsters\u201d will continue with James Whale\u2019s \u201cBride of Frankenstein\u201d (1935), based on a fragment of Mary Shelley\u2019s novel and considered a masterpiece of early cinema.
