The festival\u2019s film programme includes screenings of the competition shorts and four films from the retrospective programme \u201cThis Side of the Iron Curtain\u201d. As every year, the festival will go beyond film screenings, with the programme featuring performances, a guided tour, an audiovisual installation, a party, a symposium, readings and conversations. On September 11\u201312, the festival events will move to Kaunas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On September 4, the festival will open at \u201cSODAS2123\u201d with a triptych. This year\u2019s programme will begin with performances by \u201cDragana\u201d, bringing strange, sexy and even somewhat absurd characters to the stage \u2013 Charlie, Gil\u0117 neskuba, K\u016bnuogas, Estrada and Querelle. After the bustle of the stage, audiences will be invited to take a breather with a carefully curated programme of short films. It features four competition films \u2013 stories about desire, discovery, intimacy and queer lives.
